Eagle Support Corporation Miami Selects ALKYM®

// Eagle Support Corporation recently embarked on a project to assist Albatros Airlines expand its fleet and the subsequent supporting technology. They concluded that Alkym Management & Control System for aircraft Maintenance was the preferred choice to ensure best practice in technical operations for the expanding fleet. 

John Barry, SVP Business Development with Volartec welcomed the news commenting “We have been around for over a decade as a lead player in the South American and Caribbean aviation market with expansion evident into the EMEA region. Recently the US has also shown signs of customers seeking leading edge technology at affordable pricing. This is the first step into that market for Volartec.”

Eagle Support has selected to go the license model selecting Technical and Logistical modules to ensure the airline get maximum benefit from the beginning.

Mr. Hector Schneider President at Eagle Support went on to explain “One of the key aspects for selecting Alkym was the on-site project assistance that Volartec provide. It compliments what we are doing in the fleet expansion. The solution is of the highest quality, cost-effective, state-of-the-art, innovative and is flexible. It will meet both the business and technology requirements of the airline.”

The planned project will go ahead over the Autumn and see a Volartec team on site for 5 weeks to ensure a smooth GO LIVE transition is completed. The comprehensive training will take place during the phase of the project.
