Commsoft wins second OASES customer in Ukraine, signing Bravo Airways

11th July 2016 - Commsoft, the aviation maintenance and engineering IT systems provider, has signed a contract with Bravo Airways of the Ukraine to supply its leading MRO IT system, OASES (Open Aviation Strategic Engineering System). Bravo Airways has become the second Ukrainian customer for OASES.

Bravo Airways is in the process of a new launch, following recent major investments. OASES will support the Bravo Airways' fleet, which currently consists of one Boeing 737-500 and one Boeing 737-300, for its airline ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) operations.

Bravo Airways' OASES licence will run for five years and will allow five concurrent users. It covers five crucial MRO modules, including core, airworthiness, planning, materials and warranty. Bravo Airways' OASES site will be hosted on Commsoft's Private Cloud for maximum customer support and convenience.

Nick Godwin, Managing Director of Commsoft, commented:
“We are proud to have secured this on-going contract with Bravo Airways, following significant endorsements from existing customers in the region, and are delighted that this new airline has entrusted OASES to support its maintenance and engineering needs. We wish Bravo Airways every success with its new direction and look forward to seeing the company grow from strength to strength."

OASES currently serves more than 100 aviation customers worldwide, ranging from national carriers and large third-party maintenance providers to small independent operators. It is a fully integrated MRO IT system that works to maintain effective aviation maintenance and engineering operations for airlines, CAMOs, independent MROs and other associated aviation organisations.

Dmytro Gres, CAMO Manager, Bravo Airways, commented:
“Bravo Airways always looks for the opportunity of how to improve and to optimize processes connected with airworthiness, maintenance planning and reliability standards.
This year, our team decided to join the OASES family based on its great experience, wide range of customers, friendly and clear approach to our goal achievements. OASES has a flexible and individual approach which is very important for small operators like Bravo Airways. We are looking forward to cooperating and working together with one of the leaders of aviation maintenance and engineering IT systems.”

Bravo Airways was initially founded in 2012 in the Ukraine. Four years later, following major investments from the UAE, the airline is gearing up to launch new operations. Its growing fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft will operate flights from its base at Boryspil International Airport.

A new website is currently under construction, but will be available at bravoairways.com
